• Custom-made or personalized Kurta Raya

3. Return Shipping

• Return postage costs are fully borne by the customer
• Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method
• Returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags intact

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be made for the item price only
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
